Shipping Policy

1. Delivery areas

We currently deliver within Nairobi and, via courier partners, to other counties in Kenya. International delivery is available to select countries on request; contact us before ordering to confirm delivery to your location.

2. Delivery times and costs

International	7–21 business days	Quoted at checkout, by destination

3. Processing time

Orders are processed and handed to our courier within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. Made-to-order or custom pieces may take longer; this will be noted on the product page.

4. Tracking

You will receive a tracking reference by email or SMS once your order has been dispatched, where our courier partner supports tracking.

5. Delivery attempts

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the address provided. If delivery cannot be completed after two attempts, the order will be returned to us and a re-delivery fee may apply.
